How sad that people such as yourself play the race card and pull quotes out of context in order to distort the a fantastic literally achievement which attempts to discern the heart of racial tension in our country and thereby comes to terms with it. Obama's book could so clearly provide a source of reflection, dialogue and reconciliation, but as par the course of conservatives, they would rather implement Karl Rove style rhetoric than open up a meaningful discussion.

Hi Jane,

I'm back again after a few days (3/27/08), and I did my initial launch of my own blog site http://mysteresmoonbatslayerclub.blogspot.com/
and it sure gets worse every day with the democrats, doesn't it? I somehow managed to capture the audio of Jerry Wrong saying his flippant remarks, so if they try to hide it from the public, they won't be able to for long! Anyone who stumbles across it will have a link to your site, along with some other good folks deserving a link. Paul McGuire is still holding the fort down at KBRT in Los Angeles! We're all in the good fight together! We're keeping the rabid moonbats from destroying the integrity of our country, one moonbat at a time! I feel bad for the moderate Democrats who are suffering the embarrassment of being a Democratic Party Member; looks like Dr. Howard Dean has his task cut out for him, and he's in for it now!

Jane,
It's been about 20yrs since I had contact with you, first when you came to Delaware Ohio to speak at a fundraiser for our newly forming, Pregnancy Center. Then through PPL. I'm so glad that you are still out there being a voice for true conservatives.

You've got my vote!!

Ms. Chastain:

I am a white, college educated female, and have worked with many African Americans and in all honesty have found them to be very ungrateful and hateful toward white people.

I know of biracial people and they seem to prefer their blackness over being white except when it can get them through doors not even middle class whites can go through such as country clubs and Ivy League colleges. Many act one way around whites; rather quiet and demure, but when they are with their own kind they are very loud just like in the video clip of Reverend Wright.

Obama and his wife are racists and most white people cannot publicly admit this for fear of losing their livelihood.

Where I work, blacks are given 40 college credits as a head start while whites have to start from scratch to obtain a degree. I heard Mrs. Obama complain about recently paying off her college loans as if this was such an inconvenience. What an inspirational figure for all?

Obama and wife probably pushed a talented white out of a degree and livelihood yet there is no empathy and sympathy for us. Most upper class whites look down on us working class or middle class whites as white trash. There are no support groups for European Americans. What about white pride.

We have to suck it up and prevail. Our own kind will not help us.

If it wasn't for the white race we all would be living in substandard conditions just like the African continent.

The Obamas truly embody the feelings of black people, they blame us for all their problems, yet reap the harvest of affirmative action and stab us in the back and face at the same time.

Watch out white media. Once the Obamas take over the White House you will never be able to question them again. Be careful what you ask for white liberals.

Jane,

What a shame it is that there are folks who refuse to believe the truth that you post! I guess the term "blind as a bat" applies to them. The Democrats have fueled the "Barry and Jerry" gang, and enabled them to continue going on the path to destruction...We need to put up a strong opposition to "Borat Osama" and "Jerry Wrong". And for the other folks who read this reply and get hot and angry over it, I will not apologize for saying what I said! If that moonbat king or the moonbat princess Hillary get into office, you can kiss your freedoms goodbye!

Jane,

Barack Obama originally joined Jeremiah Wright's church twenty years for networking purposes politically and socially in Chicago. To Barack and Michelle Obama, being near Marxists or Marxists themselves, Wright's hate-filled rantings about America did not bother them. Barack, however, discovered something in 08, that there were a lot of white people that were actually supporting his candidacy, and that there was no hate to be found anywhere in his campaign until Jeremiah Wright entered the picture with his message of hate. Jesus will someday say to Jeremiah Wright on Judgment Day, "Depart from me for I never knew you," and Wright will be on his way to eternal torment. In the meantime, however, Obama can thank this "man of God" for bring down his candidacy. Since it is probably too late for Hillary to win the Democratic nomination, Jeremiah Wright, through his hate, has ensured the election of John McCain to be elected the next president of the United States, and that is fine with me. McCain will help hold the fort until another Ronald Reagan emerges.

Jane, I think the questions you raise are certainly legitimate ones that should be researched and discussed. One point I want to address is the sermon by Rev. Jeremiah Wright "The audacity to hope" that inspired the title of Mr. Obama's second book. Here is a link to the full text of the sermon, one that is quite different from the attitude and tone of the inflammatory rhetoric all of us have seen through the internet and mainstream media. Yours truly, Owen

"Now that he is running for president, he would like us to believe all that has changed."

Ending your article with the above comments cleary shows majority of the educated elite of white America think alike...You fail to see the suffering of black America and where they are coming from...and folks like you think, write and talk in the usual condescending , arrogant and 'we are more superior than you people' manner & attitude...And when someone like Obama comes along, this of course rattles your cage. Folks like you cannot handle change, do not want change and are more dangerous to societal cohesion than the bomb carrying right wingers who lurk in the dark corriors of white America...

Jane, it is also unfortunate that only two people care to comment on your nonsense. Are you supposed to be a reporter? You and your fellow right wing nuts are so biased that no one takes you serious anymore. For a while there you conservative media personalities had a lot of morons falling for your lies. Now there are still a lot of morons listening to you and your blatantly biased peers, but not nearly as many.

The moron you people were so gung-ho over putting in office has made a complete mess out of our country, which in turn has made all of you wackos look incredibly stupid.

Barack do nothing right in your eyes and neither can Hillary. You and people like you have your minds made up before you even hear the facts. And even after you hear the facts you find ways to twist them to fit your BS.

Obama in 08. No more Bush or anyone remotely similar. Are country wont be able to handle another 4 years of that.
